Abstract

A report on the measurement-based resource allocation for QoS provisioning over wireless local area network (WLAN), was presented in the article. A measurement based VBR control was proposed that adjusts the coding rates according to the channel characteristics of the wireless-to-wired network. This method can reduce the change of network condition and scene characteristics.
