Abstract

(Figure Presented) We report a two-photon fluorescent probe (ASS) that can be excited by 780 nm femtosecond pulses and detect thiols in live cells and living tissues at a 90-180 μm depth without interference from other biologically relevant species by two-photon microscopy.
