Abstract

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have received great attention as highly conductive materials in various electronic applications. However, electrical performance of CNT-based conductive composites has been limited due to the contact resistance between CNTs and conductive matrix materials. Here we demonstrated the improvement in electrical conductivity of conductive pastes [1] and transparent conductive films (TCFs) [2].
