Abstract

A rapid label-free method to detect DNA hybridization with high sensitivity and specificity will play a very important role in medical diagnoses by replacing current time-consuming DNA analyses. In this work, we demonstrate that a fluorescent nanosome chip for label-free DNA detection can provide a simple and robust technical platform in this purpose.
