N2 - It is shown that there is a direct connection between the enhancement effects of chiroptical spectroscopic signals using perpendicular-polarization detection method and the amplifications of various weak effects, known as weak-value measurements, in quantum optics. In addition, the acceptable range of chiroptical weak values is discussed.
