Abstract
As networks move toward advanced Intelligent Networks(IN), more various services could be provided, causing increment of the number of their users, Moreover, owing to the development of wireless networks, the number of mobile subscribers is increasing, too. In this paper, we design the enhanced queue management logic for the wired service subscribers as well as the wireless service subscribers, which includes the dynamic queue management mechanism to increase call completion rates taking account of their mobility characteristics. We apply the parallel server queuing model on the logic to dynamically manage the queue size according to each subscriber's service drop rate.
