Electron spin resonance study of a La0.7Ca0.3Mno3 single crystal

Abstract

Comprehensive measurements of electron spin resonance were carried out on a La07Ca0.3MnO3 single crystal over a wide range of temperature. The study covered the ferromagnetic and paramagnetic phases too. The analysis indicated that the phase segregation of good and poor conducting regions persisted far above the ferromagnetic-paramagnetic phase transition temperature.
