Abstract

In this study, organic light-emitting diodes with enhanced outcoupling efficiency and suppressed viewing angle dependence were demonstrated by the novel structure of a corrugated microcavity. The corrugated nanopatterned Ag layer were fabricated through a laser interference lithography (LIL) process. The corrugated Ag film increased the EL intensity and suppressed viewing angle dependence.
