Enhanced spectral resolution of multiplex CARS microscopy by utilizing a pair of gratings

Abstract

We have developed multiplex CARS microscopy for higher spectral resolution. Introduction of a pair of gratings to get a narrow-band pump pulses attains much higher spectral resolution in CARS spectral features of polystyrene beads.
