Abstract

In this study, we demonstrate high-efficiency distortion-free spectrum Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs) using photonic crystal (PC) and micro lens array (MLA). The PC structure is fabricated by laser interference lithography (LIL), which enables simple and cost-intensive manufacturing for mask less and largely scalable process. Finally, we obtain a significant results that external quantum efficiency (EQE) and the power efficiency (PE) were enhanced by up to 150% and 250%, as compared reference.
