Abstract

In the original published article, the author name In-G. Choi and In S. Chang where not spelled out and in figure 1 the legend was cut off. The correct spelling of the author names is In-Geol Choi and In Seop Chang, and the full figure legend is shown below. Figure 1. Changes in microbial community structure based on 16 S rDNA amplicon and shotgun metagenome sequencing. The entire microbial community structure was changed by the CO enrichment process. A) Comparison of alpha diversity indices for the community structure prior to and following enrichment. The alpha diversity indices were calculated from the 16 S small subunit ribosomal RNA amplicon sequencing data. B) Abundance shift of dominant OTUs based on 16 S amplicon data (left) and shotgun metagenome data (right). Only dominant OTUs with a minimum average abundance >1% are shown.
