Abstract

This paper reports the high efficiency green phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode (OLEDs) with ultra-thin emission layer structure. The OLEDs were fabricated without conventional and complicated doping process. The optimized OLEDs achieved the maximum external quantum efficiency of nearly 24% without conventional doping process.
