Abstract

Recently developed model named "organoid" cultures are fascinated by many researchers due to their high degree of resemblance to our human organs. However, organoids that are cultured in Matrigel dome are still far from generating reliable results for precise evaluation. We developed a high-throughput & reliable drug screening platform for culturing Neural progenitor cell-derived comparable organoids.
