Abstract
We report a unique histologically proven case of isolated intrathoracic granulocytic sarcoma in a 37-year-old man who had sustained complete remission for 45 months after receiving allogeneic bone marrow transplantation for acute myeloid leukemia. Chest MDCT scan showed a large lung mass with atelectasis in the right middle lobe and hilar and mediastinal lymphadenopathy which mimicked advanced bronchogenic carcinoma.
