Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the Tele-Management model in our intelligent ubiquitous middleware, SmartUM. The Tele-Management model provides capabilities needed by remote administrators. The primary goal of these systems is to enable remote management of facilities for individual administrators through the ubiquitous grid middleware. To do so, remote administrators can control facilities while see the video from remote cameras and observe data from remote sensors.
