Manipulation of nanomaterials is one of the key issues in recent nanotechnology. For the real applications of nanodevices, it is very important to control the number of nanomaterials at that position. In this paper, we reported the simple and easy technique using dielectrophoresis. At this technique, only the applied alternative current (AC) for the formation of electrical fields, particle, and medium were needed. Used nanomaterials were single-walled carbon nanotube, multi-walled carbon nanotube, gallium nitride nanowire, and silver nanowire. For the medium, we used dimethylformamide, water, and ethanol, respectively. First, we searched for the optimize condition for assembling of the nanomaterials in medium with unique electrical properties. As the control parameters, we changed the density of the nanomaterials as well as of the applied voltage and the frequency. The morphology of electrodes and the density of nanomaterials were examined by a scanning electron microscopy. In this experiment, nanodevice assembled with several kinds of nanomaterials had been manufactured and their properties were investigated using Raman spectroscopy and I-V curve.
