Abstract

(Figure Presented) Selective metal-insulator-metal optical nanoantennas are fabricated with Au deposition on top of anodic aluminum oxide layer (see figure). The complicated nanoantennas are easily analyzed by using an equivalent-circuit system and characterized by surface-enhanced Raman scattering.
