Abstract

A novel system for detecting protein-protein interactions using micro-patterned polydiacetylene (PDA) vesicles was developed on glass slides. Antibody-conjugated PDA vesicles changed their fluorescence levels according to protein-protein interactions. The PDA vesicles were demonstrated to be a useful and effective system to develop a protein chip.
