Abstract
In this paper, a dielectric resonator antenna for dual-frequency operation is proposed. The proposed antenna is excited by dual 50Ω microstriplines and printed in a single metal layer, and therefore is easily constructed. In this design, the operating frequency is mainly controlled by the offset in the position. The return loss, radiation patterns, and antenna gain are measured and discussed.
