Abstract

Among patients with virus-like symptoms such as high fever and inflammatory symptoms in the field, it is necessary to quickly verify and seclude a patient with high-risk virus infections. This research introduces a new method of microfluidic to detect various kinds of virus using isothermal amplification technique on a lot of microbead surfaces packaged in microtube. Amplification reaction named the rolling circle amplification (RCA) is adopted to examine patients in this field. The amplified products forms a DNA hydrogel by forming a dumbbell-type probe through the complementary target RCA of the microfluid channel[1, 2].
