Abstract

This paper considers the development of a comprehensive model of the electrospinning process. All stages of the electrospinning process, from the preparation of the solution to the collection of the nanofibers are discussed together from the point of view of manufacturing. Experimental observations of the three-dimensional path of the jet can be compared with the path calculated from the model.
