Abstract

A self-assembled micro-array (SAMA) of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) has been fabricated using self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) by micro-contact printing (μCP). The hydrophobic SAMs allow to form self-assembled micro-arrays spontaneously on the patterned SAMs.
