Photonic crystal nanolasers by optical and electrical pump

Abstract

Experimental characteristics of high-Q single-cell photonic crystal laser modes are discussed. Especially the resonant mode with a central node, where the introduction of a small electrical wire at the center of the resonator does not produce appreciable optical losses, is investigated.
