N2 - The North Korean regime is making social turmoil in the cyber space through fake news, hacking, etc. Since the 20th century, the most threat weapon is nuclear weapons in human history. North Korea made many attempts using these nuclear weapons. In September 2017, North Korea succeeded the sixth nuclear test and launched a missile in November 2017. In May 2017 South Korea attacked by Ransomware which is Wannacry. The possibility of North Korea’s execution was suggested. They provoke not only in physical space but also in cyber space. North Korea’s attack is getting sophisticated in cyber-attack. In addition, North Korea’s prestige is getting higher in cyberspace because only they possess nuclear weapon. The reason is that when North Korea conducted a nuclear test, almost all the world news broadcast about North Korea's nuclear test. In the cyberspace the articles or SNS, people call North Korea is the most dangerous and threat nation. If North Korea intimidates information about nuclear weapons and missiles through cyber space, the possibility of social turmoil may increase through weapons that have never actually been seen. Currently the target is South Korea but when this social turmoil increased the target will spread to all over the world. In order to prevent such social turmoil, this study identifies the symbolic meaning of nuclear weapon in cyber space. To find the meaning this paper uses the recent nuclear test of North Korea and measures the risk through SNS(Social Network Service) and online articles. To measure the risk, in this research use the FAIR (Factor Analysis of Information Risk) model which it can analyzes risk by factors. In this paper propose countermeasure policy against cyber psychological warfare through final risk.
