Abstract

Polycrystalline HT-LiCoO2 powders with homogeneous size distribution have been synthesized at 280 °C by the molten salt synthesis method using 0.59 LiNO3-0.41 LiOH as a flux. These powders exhibit a good electrochemical behavior without further heat treatment at higher temperatures.
