For the past decade, researches seeking systematic understanding of molecular interactions or biological behaviors in single cells at single-molecule resolution, have been intensively done by many scientists. by many scientists. Accordingly, much attention regarding biomedical applications of nanoscaleelectro-mechanical systems (NEMS) has been given to single molecule-level biosensor/bioelectronics and in vivo diagnostics in a single biological cell. cell.
