Simultaneous interrogation of multiple correlation peaks in a BOCDA system by time-domain data processing

Abstract

We introduce time-domain data processing to an ordinary Brillouin optical correlation domain analysis system for simultaneous interrogation of multiple correlation peaks. In experiment 32 correlation points are simultaneously interrogated in a 320 m optical fiber.
