Step-like energy barrier variations of high Ku material

Abstract

In this work, we have focused on the rotation mode and the energy barrier of material with Ku larger than 107 erg/cm3. The Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation was solved to find the mode. To consider incoherent mode properly, a magnetic grain was subdivided into lots of cubic cells with volume of (1 nm)3. The energy barrier was determined as the maximum energy difference during switching.
