Abstract

Efficient multilayered organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) have been fabricated using layer transfer technique. In soluble processes, basically, multilayer OLEDs are limited because of the intermixing of the organic materials by organic solvents. Since this layer transfer technique allows forming layers without organic solvents, efficient multilayered OLEDs could be realized in a low cost process based on soluble and available of large sized substrates. In this study, the performance of multilayer OLEDs by layer transfer has achieved enhancement of 63 % of power efficiency compared with devices by spin-coating.
