Thermal and Mn diffusion behaviors of CoNbZr based spin valves with nano-oxide layers

Abstract

In this paper, we investigated specularity and thermal characteristics of the CoNbZr based spinvalves with and without employing nano-oxide layers (NOL). In addition we attempted to explain Mn diffusion behaviors with respect to the difference in oxygen potentials.
