Abstract
The WWW has getting complex but most existing web tools treat each web page as a single topic or an independent document. In order to improve accessibility to the web information, we propose a web surfing assistant system called Link Broker that provides an integrated page composed of relevant information extracted from multiple web pages. Internally, the system divides a web page into semantically homogeneous content regions and performs two functions: i) Automatic bookmarking that creates a shortcut to frequently accessed information of several relevant web pages using user profile and ii) Region search that fetches all relevant regions and constructs a summary page for providing comprehensive view of relevant pages to user.
